Delight in smoked sous vide pork tenderloin paired with apple chutney, and finish on a sweet note with chocolate cake finished with strawberry and mint. Chef Kevin Funk, sharpened by the kitchen wisdom imparted from his late grandmother, has carved a distinct mark on Manitoba's culinary map. With nods from provincial awards and memorable tenures like the Olive Tree Restaurant in 2015, Kev's dedication to his craft is evident with every move.
Today, Kevin answers his culinary calling with intimate pop-up dinners and tailored private events. Beyond the sizzle of the skillet, there's Hidden Haven Homestead. A place where Kevin and his family not only live off the land but learn from it, documenting their journey every step of the way!
