  • Starter: Savoury roasted tomato soup served with parmesan and flatbread.

  • Main Course: Tender chicken fettuccine alfredo complemented by a crispy Caesar salad and flavourful roasted vegetables.

  • Dessert: Rich fudge brownie served with smooth, chilled ice cream.

Meet the chef

Chef Kevin Funk, sharpened by the kitchen wisdom imparted from his late grandmother, has carved a distinct mark on Manitoba's culinary map. With nods from provincial awards and memorable tenures like the Olive Tree Restaurant in 2015, Kev's dedication to his craft is evident with every move.

Today, Kevin answers his culinary calling with intimate pop-up dinners and tailored private events. Beyond the sizzle of the skillet, there's Hidden Haven Homestead. A place where Kevin and his family not only live off the land but learn from it, documenting their journey every step of the way!
