This year’s menu leans into cozy, satisfying flavours that feel right at home on a winter night. Each course pairs beautifully with our cider, carefully chosen to bring out the best in each bite—from the rich, cheesy layers of Lasagna Fritta to the silky, sweet finish of creamy cheesecake.

Chef Kevin Funk knows how to make a meal special. From his roots in Manitoba’s culinary scene to his work at Hidden Haven Homestead, Kevin brings a love for simple, bold flavours to every dish. His focus on fresh, local ingredients and his passion for storytelling through food make him the perfect fit for this heartfelt evening.
